Sarah Pesce

Sarah has over 15 years of experience in the watch making industry.  She was Facilities Project Manager of new retail operations for over 12 years for the de Grisogono, Chopard, and Roger Dubuis brands. Based in Geneva, Sarah managed retail openings worldwide, acting as the project manager for the brand image, store renovation, tenant liaison, and staff training.

She earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva and recently completed an executive certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the same university.

Paul Bryant
Managing Partner & Co-Founder, Pivotal SARL

Paul has over twenty years of experience in management consulting, strategic growth, project management, and operations. He has held positions from field engineer to CEO, built construction projects as diverse as soy sauce to quartz crystal growing, and advised firms on business issues from strategic planning to mergers and acquisitions.

Paul earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.  He recently completed certificates in Sustainable Development from the Vienna School of Business and Economics and Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Geneva.

He maintains his professional engineering license in California, and is a member of The American Society of Civil Engineers and the Project Management Institute. He serves on ASCE’s Committee on Leadership and Management and on the editorial board of the Journal of Leadership in Management and Engineering.
