Chandra L. Weiss
President

Chandra has over 15 years of experience in management consulting, strategic growth, operations, marketing, and business development. She has advised firms on strategic planning and implementation; marketing and business development strategy; operations and process improvement; interim executive leadership; merger and acquisition targeting and integration; operational due diligence; and best practice development.

Chandra has an Executive MBA from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business and presently serves as a Co-Leader of their Alumni Club of the Triangle. She also obtained a Bachelor of Business Degree from Pace University – Lubin School of Business.  Chandra currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities and on the Town of Cary Information Services Advisory Board.

Eric TeVault
Director of Operations Strategy & Supply Chain
Pivotal Management Consulting, LLC

Eric has over 20 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, supply chain, strategic growth, and management consulting. He has diverse experience working with companies including Hanes, Dow Chemical, IBM, Honeywell, Sealy, Industries for the Blind, and Primo Water. Eric is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Eric obtained an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business on a full Dean’s Scholarship and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech. He is active in both Cub and Boy Scouts of America and has served on the Board of Directors for the Piedmont Triad Chapter of AIPCs. Eric is also an adjunct Professor of Supply Chain at Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC).
