The firm was founded by Chandra Weiss and Paul Bryant in 2003 after having served as teammates while attending an Executive MBA program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Chandra and Paul recognized that many companies are afraid to make pivotal decisions because they don’t have time to investigate the issues. Paul left the firm in 2009 to pursue other endeavors. The firm expanded in January of 2012 with the addition of Eric TeVault as Director of Operations Strategy & Supply Chain and the opening of an office in Minot, ND. Later that month Paul Bryant co-founded an affiliated firm, Pivotal SARL, in Geneva, Switzerland with Sarah Pesce.  Our team further expanded with the addition of Glenn Seitchek in April.
