Vision and core value development sessions provide an outstanding format for bringing members of your team together to discuss big picture ideas for the future.  Through teambuilding activities and methods of encouraging open and candid discussions, Pivotal will break down existing barriers between group members and ensure cohesiveness and collaboration towards a common goal – a vision for the future of a department or a company that aligns with the company’s core values, for example.

Vision and core value development sessions are often facilitated as part of the Strategic Planning Process including:

(i) a kick-off session to create synergy within the strategic planning team and establish core values, high level issues, and concerns; and

(ii) during strategic planning retreats to define strategic direction and establish clear and compelling goals.

In addition, Pivotal frequently conducts these sessions for clients after an acquisition, or other significant company event to foster positive working relationships across new teams and ensure they move forward in the right direction.
